Essential Functions:
The physician will serve as medical director for skilled nursing facilities, overseeing quality initiatives, compliance, and staff training. Responsibilities include providing primary care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and supervising NP/PAs. The role involves using electronic health record systems and participating in various medical quality programs.

Shift Structure:
Flexible shifts, typically 2-3 days/week, with no nights or weekends. Rounding times are adaptable, starting between 7-10 a.m.
