Requirements:

* Have successfully completed a Physical Therapy Assistant Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.

*  Possess a either a), certification as a physical therapy assistant/technician as determined by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), or b), State licensure as a physical therapy assistant/technician.

* 1 year previous experience

* BLS
