We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a long-term care facility in Wilmington, MA. The PTA will manage resident care, ensuring quality outcomes while balancing cost-effective treatment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide and direct rehabilitation care following accepted practices and standards.

Evaluate resident needs and establish effective treatment plans.

Coordinate supervision of treatment plans with staff and other disciplines.

Participate in resident screenings and provide clinical feedback.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.

Assist with marketing efforts and participate in training programs.

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Current and active PTA license in the state.

Preferred experience in older adult rehabilitation and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
