Team 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy is a family owned, locally run, leading pediatric therapy provider on the west side of the Phoenix valley. With 3 current clinics offering PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, Lactation and Myo services. We are currently growing to help cover our current needs while planning for the expansion to our 4th clinic space. Our mission is to help every child reach their greatest potential. Responsibilities:

• Day to day treatment includes individual treatment sessions and groups/classes. Weekly department/ company meetings, as well as supervision meetings. Therapy aides are available to assist all clinicians.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current license for Physical Therapy Assistants License in Arizona. If out of state, you must be willing to obtain an Arizona License.

• Must be willing to relocate to Phoenix, Arizona
