Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, assist with patient care, and support rehabilitation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patient strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
