Forest Hill Nursing And Rehabilitation is now looking to hire a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)  The purpose of this position is to assist the PT diagnosis or observe patients who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. Forest Hill is an outpatient physical therapy facility dedicated to providing patient-centered care from highly skilled staff. Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Active PTA Certification
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate accurately and precisely to patients and family members
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
