Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. The purpose of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is to treat residents who have been referred to physical therapy under the discretion of the Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).  Identifying residents by diagnosis or observation or staff referral who may benefit from therapy and requests orders for evaluation and treatment. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE clear/active Physical Therapist Assistant license through the Florida Department of Health Licensing Board
• Will be Subject to a Drug Screening and Level 2 Background Check
• Interpersonal Skills Necessary to Communicate Accurately and Precisely to Patients and Family Members
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
