About the Job
GENERAL PURPOSE
Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.
+ Position: Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA
+ Hours: full time hours, Monday thru Friday, 30-40 hours weekly
+ Setting: Assisted Living Community
+ Location: The Waterford at Carpenters Creek, Pensacola FL

You’ll only treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends! Plus, you’ll treat residents in their room or in an on-site clinic so there’s no need to travel to homes outside the building. QUALIFICATIONS
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program
+ Current licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified
+ Previous experience in outpatient, preferred
+ Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
