Job Summary:
Under the supervision of a Program Manager or Therapist, you will implement care plans, assist during evaluations, monitor resident progress, maintain documentation, and conduct home assessments as needed.
Qualifications:
- AA Degree from an APTA accredited program
- Licensure as required by law
- Two years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
