In this role, Physical Therapist Assistants will:

Work with geriatric and/or pediatric patients in their homes.

Qualifications include:

Associates degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.

NY State Physical Therapist Assistant License.

Comfortable working with geriatric and/or pediatric populations.

Ability to travel between patient homes.
