Job Description: Physical Therapy Aide - Acute Care

Location: Emanuel Medical Center, Portland, OR

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in patient care and treatment activities.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy environment.
• Document patient progress and report to therapists.
• Support patients with mobility and exercises as directed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and compassionate towards patients.
