Physical Therapist - Commonwealth Science

This facility, owned and operated by Physical Therapists, is seeking a self-motivated outpatient orthopedic therapist to join their team in a relaxed small-office environment. A comfortable schedule is prioritized to ensure focused patient care and prevent burnout. Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized patient care in hour-long, one-on-one appointments.
• Conduct both initial evaluations and follow-up appointments.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, with either a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
• Possession of a VT State License or eligibility for VT  State licensure before the start date.
• Applicants must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preference given to clinicians with outpatient experience.
• Strong skills in patient education, communication, exercise knowledge, and manual techniques.
