One of our top clients is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join their dedicated team in providing high-quality care for our geriatric patient population. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including evaluations of functional limitations, pain, and range of motion.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to:


• Therapeutic exercises
• Gait training
• Balance training
• Manual therapy techniques
• Functional mobility training
• Patient education and home exercise programs


• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education programs.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of [Number] years of experience working with geriatric patients preferred.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric rehabilitation, including fall prevention, balance disorders, and neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
