Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the IN-HOUSE team Full Time at Torrington Center for Nursing & Rehab in Torrington, CT! *Beautiful SNF!

*Per diem/PRN opportunities are also available! *Flexible hours!

• Located at 80 Fern Dr, Torrington, CT 06790

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
