About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in the Langhorne, PA area.
Compensation and Schedule:
- Target Pay Range: $50-55/HR W2

Responsibilities:
- Screen and evaluate residents for Physical Therapy needs.
- Develop individualized treatment programs in consultation with facility staff.
- Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers and families.
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
