Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility. - Medadventures.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in Harrisburg, PA (17109).

Compensation and Schedule:

• Perm direct hire or contract options available
• Target Pay Range: $45-50/HR W2
• Comprehensive benefits and flexible M-F day shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate residents for Physical Therapy needs
• Develop individualized treatment programs and consult with facility staff
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers and families
• Document all required information within designated time frames
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state license
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
