Physical Therapist, Skilled Nursing Facility. - Medadventures.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join a prominent Skilled Nursing Facility in the Fort Washington, PA area.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Target Pay Range: $50-55/HR W2
• Comprehensive benefits options
• Flexible M-F Day Shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate residents for Physical Therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment programs in consultation with facility staff.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives to caregivers and families.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Implement and monitor treatment programs, adjusting as necessary.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
