About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. This unique role offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, with 60% of time spent in inpatient/acute care in the hospital during mornings, and afternoons in the outpatient clinic.

Salary Range: $76,000 - $87,000 per year
Bonus: Commitment bonus up to $15,000 for qualified candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outpatient and inpatient evaluations, assessments, and develop plans of care
Administer physical therapy treatments as prescribed by licensed physicians
Implement treatment plans to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Document all patient-related information in a timely manner
Ensure accurate patient charging per departmental and insurance carrier guidelines
Participate in departmental operational activities, including budgeting, clinical quality improvement, clinical education, infection control, safety, and team-building programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Licensure
American Heart Association BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy

Compensation: $76,000 - $87,000 base salary annually + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus, Full Benefits, PTO, and much more!
