We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our practice in the Rosedale, MD. We are flexible in our need and can accommodate a PT looking for either full time or part time.. Our ideal candidate is an experienced outpatient Physical therapist with manual therapy skills/certifications, dry needling (a plus), and a team player who can perform functional capacity exams and develop comprehensive exercise programs for our patients. We are look for individuals who strive to always grow as a person, someone who is enthusiastic about patient care, and looks to make themselves, as well as everyone around them, the best person they can be. We will consider recent graduates who are interested in outpatient orthopedic PT!

We opened our practice with the goal to treat patients using the latest healing techniques to restore our patients to a pain-free health, quickly and safely. We are an outpatient clinic that focuses on functional treatment programs and lifestyle changes to help patients overcome their musculoskeletal impairments and regain full function capacity. We are a team of high energy individuals that work as one to create an enjoyable and positive environment for employees and patients!
Duties:
-Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit
-Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed
-Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs
-Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living
-Patient education on the benefits of PT, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises
-Documentation/progress notes- accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered in patient charts, Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit
-Collaboration with the other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
-Communicate effectively with both the staff and patients
-Contribute to the development and promotion of the practice
-Supervise physical therapy assistants and other support staff to ensure patient care is effective
-Maintain patient treatment areas
-Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude
Requirements:
-Graduation from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred)
-PT License in MD
-Dry needling experience a plus
-Vestibular/concussion experience/specialist a plus
-Recent grads and experienced PTs are encouraged to apply
Schedule:
-Full time and Part time (24-30 hours)
-40 hours a week (Mon-Friday) or 4- 10-hour shifts
Compensation:
-$85k-$105k (DOE- Full time)
-Part time PT: $43-50/hour
Benefits (Full time employees) :
-Vacation/PTO days- 2 weeks per year plus sick days and holidays
