• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy techniques to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle modifications for recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques
• Excellent communication skills
