Are you a Physical Therapist (PT) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Featherstone at Hickory Hill in Iowa City, Iowa is seeking its next employee-owner team member.
You will play a crucial role in assisting licensed physical therapy assistants in delivering exceptional care to our patients. You will work alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing top-notch services to help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to evaluate, plan, and implement physical therapy programs tailored to meet the needs of individual patients.
Featherstone at Hickory Hill is a beautiful, brand new assisted living and memory care community opening 8/12/2024.
Responsibilities:
As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications:- Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
- Hold a valid state license.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
