Premier at Perry Village is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will deliver high-quality physical therapy services to help residents achieve their mobility and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy care within the scope of practice, adhering to established standards, departmental procedures, and productivity guidelines.
• Assist in evaluating residents to identify therapy needs, develop treatment plans, and set measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Implement and adjust individualized therapy programs to maximize residents’ functional independence and quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required unless an approved exemption is provided at the time of hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care.
