• 2+ years current Inpatient/Acute PT experience 
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience in a Critical Access hospital-Highly Preferred
• Travel experience -Preferred
• Skills Checklist (current to 1 year)
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications - (with Perm Address)
• Vermont license (Compact Allowed)
• BLS (AHA)
