HealthPro Heritage at Home is currently seeking to add a PRN/Per Diem Physical Therapist - PT for home health in our Massachusetts Branch.  Coverage area will include Springfield and surrounding areas.

• Earning income potential starts at $49.00 per hour and is determined based on experience, caseload availability, as well as coverage area.

1.  Bachelor/Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy.  

2.  Current license in the state of practice.
