About the Job

We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to provide direct care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance patient and family experiences in the East/South Columbia, Palmyra, and Dillwyn areas.

Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services, initiating programs, supervising assistants, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications: CAPTE-approved education, current state licensure, and 2 years of adult physical therapy experience.
