Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services per physician's plan.

Relieve pain and restore function through therapeutic exercises.

Maintain clinical records and participate in team meetings.

Requirements:

Licensed physical therapist with a Doctorate or Master's degree.

Minimum one year of experience and current CPR certification.

Must have a reliable, insured vehicle.
