Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time or PRN - Personal Touch Home Care of Virginia Inc

We are seeking a qualified Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist to serve clients in the Suffolk area, with the office located in Chesapeake, VA.

• Responsibilities include implementing care standards, conducting assessments, and documenting patient information.
• Required qualifications: VA Physical Therapy License, preferred 2 years of experience (home health preferred), strong communication and computer skills.
• Essential functions involve evaluating patient status, directing treatment, instructing patients and caregivers, and participating in discharge planning.
• Education: Master's preferred; CPR certification required.
• Pay starts at $38.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement and weekly direct deposit.
