Physical Therapist (PT) - Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to improve their mobility, strength, and overall health. You will assess patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including outpatient, home community care, hospital, and hospital medicine. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop treatment plans to achieve their goals.
