• 1.5+ acute nursing care (hospital-based) and Home Care experience.
• Valid Driver License.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS.
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year.
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment).
• Massachusetts license.
• BLS (AHA).
