Physical Therapist PT - Premier Therapy

PREMIER THERAPY is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist to add to our partner's skilled nursing facility in Ashtabula, Ohio.

Compensation up to $55/hour (depending on skills, abilities and experience).

• Interdisciplinary discussion/review of patients on schedule and treatment.
• New admissions evaluations.
• Review of potential discharges and communication of floor programs.
• Staff training and/or communication of patient progress.
• Programming: Wheelchair, splints, adaptive equipment.
• Communication with family/facility staff of patient progress/updated goals/adaptive equipment/change of status.
