Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy - PRN. - Christus Health.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive services to referred patients, including assessment, treatment planning, implementation, follow-up, and discharge planning. The role involves assisting with clinical operations, program development, and performance improvement activities, as well as supervising Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Assistant student programs. Additionally, the therapist will oversee Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and Volunteers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or entry-level Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Texas.
• BLS certification required.
• Must complete pre-employment and annual health screenings.
