Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, conveniently located in Beverly MA, is hiring a Full Time/Part Time Physical Therapist (PT) OR Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) including weekends!We are seeking passionate and caring PT or PTA to join our skilled nursing facility in our amazing rehab department. Requirements for Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Current Massachusetts RPT
• Current Massachusetts PT or PTA license
• 1-2 years in long term care

Job duties for Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assistant:

• Evaluation, treatment, and discharge disposition of patients
• Documentation of resident care
• Proper coding of billing
• Customer service/patient care skills
