- Physical Therapists /P.T. – Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA Skilled Subacute facility is seeking experienced Physical Therapist, & Physical Therapist Assistants. The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing. Requirements for Physical Therapists/P.T. – Physical Therapy Assistant/PTA A valid New Jersey Therapist license and a minimum of one year of experience in a subacute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
