What You’ll Do in Your Next Role:

• Lead Patient Care: Oversee the care delivered by Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Techs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to professional standards.
• Comprehensive Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Excellence: Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance patient independence.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate treatment effectiveness, document progress, and adjust plans as needed to ensure patient goals are met.
• Pain Management: Address pain issues that may interfere with recovery, providing interventions or coordinating with physicians as needed.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care and guide new team members when appropriate.
• Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

What You Bring to the Table:

• Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona.
• Experience: Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation is a plus, but we’re open to passionate professionals at all levels.
• Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
