Physical Therapist. - Medadventures.

We are seeking multiple Physical Therapists to join our Skilled Nursing Facility partners in the Philadelphia, PA area, with openings in various neighborhoods including Northern Liberties, Old City, Germantown, and Rittenhouse.

Compensation and Schedule:

• Target Pay Range: $50-55/HR W2
• Comprehensive benefits (Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401K with 4% Match)
• Flexible M-F Day Shift schedule

Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate residents for Physical Therapy needs
• Establish individualized treatment programs
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment objectives
• Complete required documentation
• Implement and monitor treatment programs
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehab Aides

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current state license
• Previous long-term care experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
