Pay rate:  $50.00 to $55.00 per hour based on experience

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

As an Physical therapist at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, you will play a critical role in providing skilled Physical therapy to our residents. You are responsible for providing the highest quality of Physical therapy, to meet the needs of our residents and achieve resident outcomes. You are conscientious and organized about keeping quality documentation and all records up to date. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth and sincere concern for our residents and team members. Making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and families brings you a great deal of satisfaction.

Physical Therapy Requirements

·        Valid Florida professional license as an Physical Therapist

·        Accepting new and seasoned therapists

·        Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

·        Must be knowledgeable of PDPM, LTC programing and PT scope of practice

·        Ability to quickly learn and navigate Net Health and Point Click Care
