Physical Therapist - Per Diem, Cedar Knolls - Atlantic Health System

Are you a licensed Physical Therapist and looking for a new job opportunity? Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist, preferably specialized in Orthopedics, for their Outpatient Adult Physical Therapy Department, located in Cedar Knolls. The hours will be dependent upon the need, with a start time as early at 7am and a end time as late as 7p. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluates patients with orthopedic and neurological diagnosis
• Develops POC for broad range of diagnosis and medical complexity
• Document all encounters in the electronic medical record
• Complies with all department policies/procedures
• Maintains patient safety, provides patient/family/caregiver education
