The Center has an immediate need for a part time (3 days a week) bilingual or monolingual Physical Therapist
Type: Contract
Schedule: This role is 100% onsite (Monday through Friday, The work hours are from 8:30 - 2:30 with a 30 min. unpaid lunch break. Clinicians provide direct care from 9-2. They have 30 min. in the morning and another 30 min. in the afternoon for documentation.)

Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
Adhere to all rules indicated with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics.
Develop a plan for treatment that integrates the family's values, child's deficits and clinical guidelines/recommendations.
Assess and document pediatric patients using clinical observations, caregiver report, and standardized testing.
Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the clinic- speech therapy, occupational therapy and other professionals outside of the clinic to provide comprehensive, individualized care.
Follow research-based guidelines to evaluate and treat pediatric patients.
Desire to expand clinical knowledge and develop clinical reasoning skills, education, experience and certifications
Pediatric Physical Therapist Requirements:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Licensed and certified physical therapist in the State of NY
Must be covid vaccinated
