Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Per Diem - Grand View Hospital

Under overall direction of the PM&R Director and Clinical Supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Staff Physical Therapist examines and evaluates patients and administers Physical Therapy interventions in collaboration with the referring physician. The Physical Therapist demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for and manage primarily adult and geriatric age patients.  The Physical Therapist sees patients in an acute care, outpatient, or acute inpatient rehabilitation unit setting.

Schedule: PRN as needed Mon - Thurs between the hours of 7 am - 8 pm depending on location and needs, PRN Fridays between the hours of 7 am - 5 pm, 2 Sats a month from 8 am - 12 noon. Locations include Sellersville Outpatient Center, Harleysville Outpatient Center, Colmar Ortho & Neurosurgery Center. 

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or related field if a more advanced degree in PT is held), required
Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. This requirement is waived for individuals who were licensed prior to the requirement of the Doctorate Degree for licensure. required
Over 1 year to 3 years experience as Physical Therapist required

Licences and Certifications:
Physical Therapist – Licensed, Upon hire, required
