Overview:

Due to growth, Lyon Physical Therapy is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Marinette, WI. Full-time, up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability are also encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling is available, as well as the ability to work with autonomy in your approach to patient care.

The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills and be community driven. New grads will be mentored and developed in areas of interest as well as general orthopedics with Evidence in Motion curriculum, the gold standard for orthopedics residency.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The caseload is primarily outpatient orthopedics, all ages.

Full-time PTs should expect to treat 45-55 visits per week.

The ability to develop a specialty or attain a certification is encouraged and supported.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $35-$45 per hour depending on experience. Lyon Physical Therapy offers a customized benefits package based on the needs of the candidate hired. What benefits are important to you?

Work Schedule:

This is either a full-time or part-time position. The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 6 pm. The clinician hired is able to build their own flexible work schedule. No weekends. No holidays!

Job Requirements:

Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. A dual WI/MI license would be a bonus.

Prior outpatient ortho experience is preferred.

New grads will be mentored and developed in areas of interest as well as general orthopedics with Evidence in Motion curriculum, the gold standard for orthopedics residency.

Dry Needling certification is preferred. Support to obtain dry needling certification will be provided if needed.

Full-time, 40 hours per week are available.

Part-time candidates with 20 hours of availability are also encouraged to apply.
