Aquacare Physical Therapy is seeking an exceptional Outpatient Clinical Director to lead our team in Easton, MD. Position Overview: As an Outpatient Clinical Director (PT/OT), you will oversee daily operations, mentor and inspire staff, ensure high standards of patient care, and contribute to the growth and success of the clinic. This role is perfect for an individual who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities while continuing to engage with hands-on clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a dedicated team of therapists and support staff.
Foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes learning, development, and staff satisfaction.
Oversee and optimize clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient outcomes.
Maintain and model high standards of patient care and evidence-based practice.
Engage with the community and represent Aquacare PT’s mission and values in outreach activities.
Collaborate with the senior management team to develop strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
Education & Experience (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA.
- Must hold current Physical Therapy license in Maryland and/or part of the PT compact program.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience as a physical therapist.
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in Maryland with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in a management or supervisory role.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to balance clinical work and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
- Duties require extensive standing and walking
- Duties require lifting, positioning, pushing, and/or transferring patients
- Duties require frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational Saturdays
