Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments as prescribed by a physician to restore function and prevent disability. The role involves assisting patients in achieving their maximum performance and adapting to their capabilities.

Essential Functions:

Review patient records and physician prescriptions for treatment.

Plan and administer treatments to restore function and relieve pain.

Conduct complete patient assessments and develop treatment programs.

Administer manual exercises and operate treatment devices.

Instruct patients in physical activities and supportive device use.

Document patient progress and coordinate care with other services.

Direct the work of Physical Therapy Assistants.

Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; new graduates may apply.

License/Certification:
Must be licensed in Washington State and hold Basic Life Support certification.

Experience:
Preferred internship experience in an acute care hospital for new graduates.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $39.86 - $59.79 per hour
Benefits: Includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; in-person work required.
