 Salary Range: $75,920 - $103,084.80

BSW Rehab at Round Rock University is looking for a physical therapist with an interest in cancer rehabilitation to join our team on a full time basis. Interest in cancer rehab and lymphedema required, experience/certification preferred. Licensed clinical experience preferred and we're able to consider new graduates with exposure to cancer rehab during clinical experiences. This is a busy, dynamic multi-disciplinary clinic so collaboration and being a team player is a must! Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. An overwhelming majority of people affected by cancer do not receive treatment for functional impairments. • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
• Timely and accurate documentation using Net Health
• Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
• Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Promoting continuous quality improvement
• Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience preferred (student rotations considered)
• Lymphedema interest/experience
