Virtus Healthcare Staffing Seeks Physical Therapist in Lewiston, ID! (New Grads Welcome)
Virtus Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a regional medical center in Lewiston, ID to find a qualified and passionate Physical Therapist (PT). This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled PT, with a $15,000 signing bonus, to join a supportive team and make a positive impact on patients' lives.
New graduates are welcome! We offer a schedule of normal business hours (8am - 4:30pm) with some flexibility based on department needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and needs.
- Collaborate with patients to establish realistic and measurable treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals.
- Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques to improve patients' strength, mobility, pain control, and overall function.
- Document progress in patients' medical records and participate in care conferences with other healthcare professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on current physical therapy practices and participate in continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPTE).
- Licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Idaho.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.
