Position Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life through individualized treatment plans. You will work with a diverse patient population, providing hands-on therapy and personalized care to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Educate patients and their families on exercise programs, home care, and injury prevention.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Proven experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant healthcare technologies.
Compensation:
- Salary depends on experience
