About the Job
Redlands Community Hospital is one of the few independent, not-for-profit, stand-alone community hospitals in the region.
It is our goal at Redlands Community Hospital to provide a unique approach to edema control. Our Physical Therapists are trained in the Vodder Method of combined decongestive therapy, and are certified by the Lymphedema Association of North America (LANA).
Reporting to the Director of the Physical Medicine, the Clinical Specialist will fulfill the job responsibilities for Physical Therapist I. In addition, the Clinical Specialist will provide education within specialty field(s).
Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
Lymphedema Physical Therapist
1. Knowledge of teaching techniques desired.
2. Licensed by the State of California as a Physical Therapist.
3. Current certification in BLS.
4. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
5. Registered in a Lymphedema certification course within 6 months of hire with general Lymphedema certification within one year of hire.
