Our Award Winning Client is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their nationally recognized Home Health team. This esteemed organization prides itself on numerous accolades and provides services across the United States.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Physical Therapy
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid regular Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Provision of PT license number is encouraged upon application.

Role Summary:
In this vital role, the Physical Therapist will visit patients' homes to perform assessments and create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their independence and physical abilities. This position includes extensive patient and caregiver education, supervision of assistant staff, and detailed reporting on patient progression.

Core Responsibilities:

• Instruct patients and their caregivers in the utilization of therapy programs and medical devices.
• Perform thorough Physical Therapy evaluations and formulate treatment strategies.
• Supervise a team that may include Physical Therapy Assistants and Certified Nursing Assistants as required.
• Document patient responses to therapy and any changes in their conditions, maintaining accurate records.
• Contribute to team and organizational development through active participation in meetings and training sessions.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Requires one weekend per month and two holidays per year

Location: Selinsgrove, PA

Travel Required:

• This position requires local travel within designated counties to provide in-home patient care.

Compensation:

• This position offers a $10,000 signing bonus.
