Physical Therapist - Home Care - Bonsai Rehab

We are now hiring a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to work in the Home Care setting in the
Hagerstown, MD area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience with the geriatric population. All caseload is billed under Medicare Part-B.  New grad PTs will be considered.

Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week?

Job Requirements:

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Open to all experience levels, including new grads. 
• Able to work full-time or part-time hours.
• Comfortable seeing patients in their homes.
• 3 weekdays of availability are required for part-time or PRN and a minimum of 20 hours of direct patient care per week.
