You will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing high-quality rehabilitative care, helping patients regain their strength, mobility, and confidence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:
1. DPT from an accredited institution.
2. Current NJ licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT).
3. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
4. Excellent patient service skills and the ability to explain complex medical information in understandable terms.
5. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other physical therapy treatments.
6. The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs.
8. An empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care, with the ability to motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery journey.
9. Strong physical stamina and the ability to assist patients with physical movements and exercises.
10. Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software.
11. Current CPR or BLS certification.
