Job Overview - Physical Therapist:
Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist passionate about patient-focused care? Our healthcare client is seeking a committed professional to join their growing outpatient physical therapy team. In this role, you will develop tailored treatment plans and contribute to a team that values continuous learning and professional growth. 

Location: Hartford, CT
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities as the Physical Therapist:

• Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrate empathy and respect, addressing patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Thorough Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to inform treatment planning.
• Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Therapy Interventions: Apply techniques and exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment goals, and prevention.

Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Education: Doctorate or Master's from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensure: Valid CT state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification: CPR certification.
